Your Privacy Matters. This Privacy Policy explains how 68plusph collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal information in accordance with Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations, as well as applicable PAGCOR regulatory requirements. By using the 68plusph Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy ("Policy") applies to all personal data collected and processed by 68plusph ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") in connection with your use of the 68plusph online gaming platform, accessible at 68plusph.app ("the Platform").
68plusph acts as the Personal Information Controller in respect of the personal data you provide when registering an account, using Platform services, or communicating with 68plusph's support team. As Personal Information Controller, 68plusph determines the purposes and means of processing your personal data and is responsible for ensuring that such processing complies with Republic Act No. 10173 (the Data Privacy Act of 2012, "DPA") and all regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission ("NPC").
68plusph also operates within the PAGCOR regulatory framework for online gaming in the Philippines. Certain data collection and retention obligations arise directly from these regulatory requirements, including PAGCOR licensing conditions and the Anti-Money Laundering Act (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended, "AMLA").
This Policy is effective as of January 1, 2026. The previous version of this Policy (Version 1.0) is superseded in its entirety by this document.
68plusph collects personal data through several channels: directly from you when you register an account or use Platform services; automatically through your use of the Platform; and from third parties such as payment processors and identity verification services. The categories of personal data we collect are described below.
To comply with PAGCOR licensing requirements and the AMLA, 68plusph is required to collect and verify identity documents, including:

Marketing Opt-Out. If you have previously consented to receiving promotional communications from 68plusph, you may withdraw that consent at any time by updating your Account communication preferences in the Account Settings section of the Platform, or by contacting 68plusph support. Withdrawal of marketing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
68plusph processes your personal data on the following legal bases under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations:
68plusph does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third-party marketers, data brokers, or advertisers under any circumstances.
68plusph may share your personal data with third parties only in the following limited circumstances:
68plusph engages carefully selected third-party service providers who process personal data on our behalf and under our documented instructions, including: payment processing partners (GCash/Maya API providers, banking partners, cryptocurrency processors); KYC and identity verification service providers; cloud infrastructure providers; and fraud detection and security monitoring services. All third-party processors are contractually required to implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures and to process personal data solely as directed by 68plusph.
68plusph is required to disclose personal data and transaction records to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), the National Privacy Commission, and other Philippine government authorities in accordance with applicable law. 68plusph will comply with valid and lawfully issued orders or directives from competent authorities requiring data disclosure.
Certain technical data (such as session tokens and game round identifiers) may be transmitted to licensed game software providers (such as Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, or PG Soft) for the purpose of delivering live dealer streams and game content. These providers do not receive your name, contact details, or payment information.
68plusph retains personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, subject to mandatory retention periods imposed by Philippine law.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data will be securely deleted or irreversibly anonymized. Where data is anonymized rather than deleted, the resulting information is no longer personal data and falls outside the scope of this Policy.

68plusph does not use advertising cookies, remarketing pixels, or cross-site tracking technologies. Your browsing activity on 68plusph is not shared with advertising networks.

68plusph implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, accidental loss, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include:
Breach Notification. In the event of a personal data breach that poses a real risk to your rights, freedoms, or interests, 68plusph will notify the National Privacy Commission within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, and will notify affected players without undue delay, providing information about the nature of the breach and the steps taken to address it.

To exercise any of the above rights, please contact the 68plusph Data Protection Officer at the contact details provided in Section 14. 68plusph will respond to all valid privacy rights requests within 15 business days. Please note that certain rights may be subject to limitations where their exercise would conflict with mandatory legal obligations, including AMLA and PAGCOR retention requirements.
Strict 21+ Policy. The 68plusph Platform is intended exclusively for adults aged 21 years and over in accordance with PAGCOR regulations. 68plusph does not knowingly collect or process personal data from any individual under the age of 21. Any Account found to have been created by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and any personal data collected will be deleted, subject to any mandatory retention obligations under applicable law.
If 68plusph becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under the age of 21 without appropriate identity verification having occurred, 68plusph will take prompt steps to delete such data and close the associated Account. If you believe that a minor has used your account or has registered on the 68plusph Platform, please notify 68plusph support immediately at [email protected] (plain text reference — not a clickable link).
The 68plusph Platform is operated and based in the Philippines. Some of 68plusph's third-party service providers (including cloud infrastructure providers and game software providers) may be located outside of the Philippines. Where personal data is transferred to a service provider or processor outside the Philippines, 68plusph ensures that such transfers are conducted in accordance with the Data Privacy Act and NPC regulations, including by requiring that appropriate contractual safeguards are in place to protect the transferred data.
68plusph will not transfer personal data to any jurisdiction where the transfer would result in a material reduction in the protection afforded to that data under Philippine law without implementing appropriate compensating measures.
The 68plusph Platform may contain references to or integrations with third-party payment services (such as GCash and Maya). 68plusph is not responsible for the privacy practices of these third-party services. When you use a payment service such as GCash or Maya to deposit or withdraw funds through 68plusph, your interaction with that payment service is governed by that service provider's own privacy policy and terms of use.
68plusph does not have access to your full GCash or Maya account credentials — only the payment reference information necessary to reconcile the transaction on the 68plusph side.
68plusph may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable law, or PAGCOR regulatory requirements. Material changes to this Policy will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their Account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
The effective date at the top of this Policy indicates when the current version became effective. Your continued use of the 68plusph Platform following any update constitutes your acknowledgment of the revised Policy. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically.
The current version is Version 2.0, effective January 1, 2026, superseding Version 1.0 in its entirety.
